Client: Growthr. Type: Growth system. Year: 2025. Role: Architecture, Engineering, Editorial design. Stack: TypeScript, LLM pipelines, Scheduling APIs, Dashboards.

The Growthr Content Engine is the internal system that lets a small team run content operations across many accounts, automating sourcing, drafting, scheduling, and reporting while keeping a human editorial gate before anything publishes.

Agencies do not fail at strategy. They fail at the third month, when volume collides with headcount. This is the machine that keeps the volume up.

## The bottleneck was never ideas

Every account has more good ideas than it can produce. The constraint is the distance between idea and published: sourcing references, drafting variants, formatting per platform, scheduling, and then assembling a report nobody enjoys assembling.

Each of those steps is individually boring and collectively fatal. Automating them does not make the work more creative in theory, it makes it more creative in practice, because the creative people stop doing data entry.

## The human gate

Nothing publishes without a person approving it. Fully autonomous publishing produces volume and destroys the voice clients pay for. The system's job is to bring a decision to a human in one click, not to remove the human.
