This Site (SEO & GEO Build)

The most honest proof of an SEO and GEO service is the page you are reading it on. Here is every decision, including the ones that are unglamorous.

What is This Site (SEO & GEO Build)?

This site is itself the case study: a static, entity-first architecture with question-shaped answer pages, a complete JSON-LD graph, and a machine-readable surface designed so that both Google and AI assistants can resolve and quote it.

One entity, stated consistently

Search engines and language models both work from entities rather than keywords. Before any content decision, the site defines exactly one Person, one Organization, and one set of Services, each with a stable identifier, each cross-referenced, each repeated identically everywhere it appears.

Inconsistency is the most common and least discussed reason a brand fails to get named in AI answers. If three sources describe you three different ways, a model hedges, and hedging means it names a competitor instead.

Answer-first pages

Every substantive page opens with a self-contained answer of forty to sixty words that makes sense with no surrounding context. That is the unit a model lifts. Everything after it exists to prove the answer to a human.

The test: strip the page to plain text, delete everything but the first paragraph, and check whether it still answers the question in the title. Most pages on the web fail it.

Machine-readable surface

Static HTML rather than client-rendered content, so nothing depends on a crawler executing JavaScript. A complete JSON-LD graph. An llms.txt and a full-text llms-full.txt so assistants can ingest the site in one request. Clean, stable, human-readable URLs.

None of this is exotic. It is just done completely, which is rare enough to be an advantage.

Surface area

Ranking for one term is a coin flip. Ranking for hundreds is a system. The site ships service pages, city pages, case studies, answer pages, a glossary, and comparisons, each one genuinely different, each one internally linked to the pillar it supports.
